For orders that exceed the above limits set by Royal Mail, we will contact you by email with a revised
delivery costing, you are free to accept or decline the revised delivery charge. No payment will be taken
before your acceptance. Should you wish not to go ahead your order will be cancelled.

General Delivery Notes: 1. Sale Items are not be included in the free delivery, unless stated otherwise. 2. Please make sure we have your correct address, with full details of your location if the item is going to a place of work etc. we cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly addressed items. 3. We endeavour to despatched within 24 hours of payment clearance, however despatch times can vary for reasons beyond our control, please allow 1-3 working days (working days exclude weekends and Bank holidays) All services have cut off times which can vary, if missed items will go on the next available collection. 4. All orders over £5.00 (UK & International) are despatched insured and will require a signature upon delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements for someone to sign and receive the delivery. 5. Certain small items such as the Teddy Bear Passports delivery will be individually priced. 6. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that somebody is available to accept the delivery. Should the delivery company be unable to deliver they will leave a card with details of how to rearrange a delivery or collection of the item. Items will only be held a short time before being returned to the sender, please contact the delivery company as soon a possible. Any delivery or redelivery charges on a returned item are the responsibly of the buyer. We reserve the right to make a £10.00 administration charge on any returned undelivered order even if the order is cancelled by the buyer. 7. We ship by MyHermes, UPS other courier service and Royal Mail should the service be more appropriate. 8. Once a delivery has left our premises and been accepted by Royal Mail or a courier company we are no longer liable for the delivery, the delivery companies terms & conditions will apply. 9.
