Notes:

* Sale Items and a small number of very large or heavy items are not included in the free delivery offer (UK & International), these items are clearly marked in the description.

  all orders over £5.00 (UK & International) are despatched by insured signed for service using Royal Mail or by Courier (DHL, UPS etc). This service will require a signature upon delivery, it is the buyers responsibllity to make arrangements for someone to sign and receive the delivery. Should the company be unable to deliver they will leave a card with details of how to rearrange a delivery or for collection of the item.

 Items will only be held a short time before being returned to sender, please contact them as soon a possible. Any delivery charges on a returned item are the responsility of the buyer.
 

 Please make sure we have your correct address, with full details of your location if the item is going to a place of work etc. Teddy Bear Hollow cannot accept responsilility for incorrect addressed items.

Most Items are despatched within 24 hours of payment clearance.

Delivery is usually within a day or two  but some do take longer.

We may use a courier service should we find the service more appropriate this is despatched on a 24/48 hours service.

 Should the automatically calculated shipping cost for multiple purchases prove to be greater than £1.00 of the actual cost of postage and packing, we will refund the difference. 
 

 Any reference to next day delivery on this site is for mainland UK, some remote areas within the UK this service is not available, check with Royal Mail for up to date details.
