 Pre-Orders: 

What is a Pre-Order? 

A pre-order is made when a new product is released with deliveries scheduled to start at a date to be set by the manufacture or a product that is out of stock and awaiting delivery from the manufacturer, this is called a backorder, by placing a pre-order you are guaranteed the product on its arrival.

Pre-Orders can now only be made from this website:    

Select the Pre-Order option in the product listing, this will change the item price to show the deposit required, balance will be due when a delivery date is available.. (If this is not showing please call)

Pre-Orders - Deposit:-

£10 deposit required on booking, total will be deducted from the purchase price .

 (Deposits are Not Refundable or Transferable.).

Notes:

2 - Payments can be by:

     Credit/Debit card online or by call the shop on 01509 434101.

     PayPal online

     Bank transfer online or by calling the shop

     Cheque.

     Cash at the shop.

3 - Balance is due when we have a delivery date, this is normally 5-7 days before actual delivery.

4 - Please make sure we have up to date contact information, should we not be able to contact you within

     7 days the product will be offered to the next person on the list and you will be offered the next one in.

     This process will be repeated untill the last item has been delivered to Teddy Bear Hollow.

     If at this stage we have been unable to contact the buyer or the buyer has not made full payment,

     any deposit paid will be used to cover the administration costs incured.

5 - Delivery time is not of the essence on pre-orders as it is impossible to give an exact date of delivery,

     some items may not be available from the manufacturer for several months, Charlie Bears do say allow

     1 year or more for delivery of new releases in the Isabelle Collection and up to 2 years for other

     ranges. Many items of course will be available sooner, if waiting is a problem or may be a problem in time

     please do not pre-order.

6 - All pre-orders are subject to the availability of our allocation from the manufacturer.

7 - Unless pre-orders arrive at the same time each one is regarded as a separate order.

8 - Any delivery charge if applicable is per delivery.

Layaway with Pre-order:

Should you wish to use the Layaway option on a pre-order please let us know at the time of placing

the pre-order. A deposit of 50% of the order value is payable when we have a delivery date.

The 50% deposit can be paid in instalments over 3-4 months starting when the pre-order is placed.

The balance can be paid over 3-4 months, starting when we have a delivery date.
The deposit and payments are not refundable, on cancellation a restocking/cancellation fee of £25.00 will be made, any remaining balance can be transferred to any in stock product.

 Special Note:

Orders/Pre-Orders that are made at the customers request for a non stocked product, special colour, size, seasonal product, edition number or any other unique feature will be classed as a Special Order ( link below).
