From the South or West head for M1 junction 23 on the M1: We are only about 5 minutes from junction 23 on the M1. Leave the junction on the A512 heading towards Loughborough, go straight over two roundabouts passing the university on your right, keep going into the town when you reach Sainsburys on your left, turn left at the traffic lights, at the end of the road you can either:- Turn Right and first right again (Just before Tylers shop you will see a large car park sign on the wall) and the Carillon Court Shopping Centre Car Park, entrance is on the left in about 50 yards. or Turn left and the Rushes Shopping Centre Car Park entrance is on your right in about 50 yards next to the Amber Rooms Pub. From the North or West (A50) head for junction 24 of the M1: Leave the junction on the A6 heading towards Kegworth and Loughborough, keep on the A6, as you enter Loughborough you will see the 3M site on your left, look out for the Sandiclife Car show rooms keep going towards the town look out for the Carphone Warehouse on your right and Travel Lodge Hotel and Basin Chinese restaurant on your left proceed straight ahead at the traffic light and the entrance to the Rushes Shopping centre Car Park is on you left next to the Amber Rooms Pub. or You can carry on and turn right in about 100 yards (Just before Tylers shop, you will see a large car park sign on the wall) and the Carillon Court Shopping Centre car park, entrance is on the left in about 50 yards. From the South A6: Enter Loughborough on the A6 (don't take the ring road) go through the town centre. About 400 yards past the Market Place (Market Place on your left McDonalds on your right) you will see the Carillon Shopping Centre on your Left, turn left sign posted M1(At Tylers shop, you will see a large car park sign on the wall) and the Carillon Court Shopping Centre car park entrance is on the left in about 50 yards. or The Rushes Shopping Centre car park is on your right in about 100 yards if you go past the right turn. From the East A60: Enter Loughborough on the A60. Passing the Train station, go straight ahead at 3 sets of Traffic lights, then follow the road round to the right passing the back of the Rushes Shopping Centre, turn left at the next set of lights and left again at the following set the Rushes Shopping Centre Car Park entrance is on your left or you can carry on and turn right in about 100 yards the entrance to the Carillon Court Car Park is on the left. Churchgate is a pedestrian zone during the day. There is restricted parking in the area around Teddy Bear Hollow: the top of Churchgate, Fennel Street, Biggin street and the roads around All Saints Church all allow restricted parking (30 mins - 2 hours depending on location) and some disabled parking. The nearest car parks are: Carillion Court Shopping Centre Car Park. The Rushes Shopping Centre is a very short walk from Churchgate Mews 1-2 minutes at the most. Churchgate is one of the oldest roads in Loughborough leading from the Market Place to All Saints Church. Churchgate Mews is on the left next to the Casa Café and The Cheese Shop: the entrance to the mews is opposite Cash Converters (this is hard to miss as it has a bright yellow sign!); Teddy Bear Hollow is first on the left as you walk through the Mews. From The Carillon Court Shopping Centre: Go to the ground floor from the lift area walk into the shopping centre: turn right to exit, When outside, use the pedestrian crossing: cross the main road and turn right in around 50 yards turn left heading towards the Cash Coveters shop (Large Yellow sign) Churchgate Mews is almost opposite. We are on the left as you walk through the mews. From the Rushes Shopping Centre Car Park, Leave the centre walking past Marks & Spencer on your right and LA Fitness on the left, passing Argos and Next. As you leave the centre (HMV on your right) cross Biggin Street and turn right. Churchgate Mews is a few yards on your left (Shepshed Building Society on the left of the entrance and a Phone shop on the right), Teddy Bear Hollow is on the right as you walk through the mews. Most buses either stop at the Market place or Baxter Gate less than 1 minute from Churchgate Mews if at Baxter Gate walk back a few yards to the Market Place. When you arrive at the main road (A6) look for McDonalds on the right, walk past McDonalds (market Place on you left) as the row of shops ends, look right and head towards the Cash Coveters shop (Large Yellow sign) Churchgate Mews is almost opposite. We are on the left as you walk through the mews. We are less than 10 minutes from Loughborough Railway: Leave the Railway Station walking past the car park head towards the road with the road bridge on your left. At the Traffic lights (About 100 yards) go straight across. The 3M building is on your left - you are on Nottingham Road. In a few yards go over the canal, then in about 200 yards go straight at traffic lights and keep walking until you go past a Fish and Chip shop on your right. Take the road on your right, past the Royal Mail sorting office on your right and a block of Flats on your left. In about 100 yards follow the road round to the left, pub on the right and a few empty shops. You will then see All Saints Church on your right: follow the road round the church keeping Lowes Antique shop on your left. You are now on Churchgate. Walk straight down Churchgate crossing Fennel Street. Keep heading towards the town (about 200 yards) you will now have small shops either side of the road. During the day this part of Churchgate is a pedestrian zone. Look out for the GoodLiffe Café/Bar on your left: you will see tables and chairs in the road, in a few yards you will see a Pork Butcher and Cash Converters on your left, Entrance to Churchgate Mews is now on you right, you will see our signs at the entrance. Teddy Bear Hollow is just a few yards into the Mews on your Left. The total trip is only about 10 minutes walk. You can get a bus or taxi at the station to the town centre should you prefer.
