Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate, which will be stated at checkout. However, please note that heavy orders may incur an additional shipping fee due to increased handling and shipping costs. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you after you place your order to inform you of the extra cost.

If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping fee, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of contacting you about the additional cost, we will assume that you wish to proceed with the order and the extra shipping fee will be added to your total.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any applicable fees.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage, so you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service to return your item(s), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
