A Special Order is an order that is made at the customers request for a non stocked product or out of stock product that the customer requests a particular colour, size, edition number or any other unique feature. Special orders require a deposit at the time the order is placed. Special Orders are not transferable and the deposit and instalments paid are not refundable on cancellation.
